Sponsoring options

The Maastricht Medical Students Research Conference (MMSRC) is a non-profit organisation. This makes sponsoring a necessity. Sponsoring the MMSRC is a great way for companies to create publicity and brand awareness. Sponsors are also able to reach a lot of students, who might become a client, an employee or intern at their company.

Your company’s brand name can be placed on all of the promotion material of the MMSRC. All promotion material will be distributed among universities in and outside the Netherlands. On the congress day itself, it is possible to have your own stand with banners and signs. There is also room for your advert in the ‘book of abstracts’, which will be given to every visitor on the congress day.
