Welcome

Welcome to the website of the Maastricht Medical Students Research Conference (MMSRC)! For over fifteen years, MMSRC has given (bio)medical students the opportunity to present their research to a big public. In addition, awards will be bestowed by an international jury upon students with the best abstracts, presentations and posters. The conference is on the 13th of June, 2012, and the day will be enriched with interesting lectures, seminars and challenging workshops.

The sixteenth edition of MMSRC will be a special one, since MMSRC and the Clinical Investigator Science Symposium (CISS) have bundled their strengths. This cooperation opens the way to a conference which is now larger and more extended.
In the past, CISS was a science symposium organised by students following the AKo-Master: preparing students to work both as a doctor (MD) and a clinical investigator (MSc). Together, the medical bachelor students and master students will cooperate to make this MMSRC even better than earlier editions.

MMSRC always has a lot of international visitors. Are you a Dutch or an international student who wants to contribute to the high scientific standard of MMSRC? Fantastic!
